Kelsey is dedicated to building high performing teams, creating and executing company wide strategies, serving as a trusted advisor to internal and external leadership, and cultivating and nurturing authentic cultures. She has expanded experience in SaaS models in the technology and healthcare industries, with experience in the advertising, media, non-profit, and manufacturing sectors. Kelsey has received multiple distinguished awards, including the AFWA Women Who Count Emerging Leader & the Oklahoma NextGen 30 under 30. She is passionate about empowering people to reach their full potential and positioning companies for growth.

While being a founder of multiple companies, her favorite title is that of "mom". Grow Consulting was born from a vision of Kelsey's life where she could create a successful, woman-owned and led business that creates empowerment with our clients while creating a life full of joy and love with her children.
