Kelsey Houston is the Founder and CEO of Growth Financial Strategies and brings over 10 years of experience as a finance executive in the startup space. She has deep expertise across SaaS, medtech, health and nutrition, advertising, media, non-profit, and CPG manufacturing — serving both B2B and DTC models.

Kelsey is renowned for her ability to validate strategy through numbers, build and elevate high-performing teams, and cultivate authentic, transparent cultures that align people around a shared vision. She serves as a trusted advisor to internal and external leadership teams and is widely recognized as one of the most dependable outsourced CFOs in her field.

Her impact has earned her notable recognition, including the AFWA Women Who Count Emerging Leader Award and the Oklahoma NextGen 30 Under 30.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Kelsey is a mother to two incredible boys, Steven and Samuel, a club volleyball coach, and a dedicated kids ministry volunteer at COTM BA. A live music lover at heart, she is passionate about work-life balance, helping others build their personal brand, and mentoring young adults on creating a sustainable, joyful career and life.
